Family Session | Malibu Creek State Park, CA

Happy 1st Birthday Elliott! He has grown so much since our shoot at El Matador Beach last year, you can check out - here. Last time, he wasn't walking, but that's not the case anymore! He was full of squeals & loved riding on mommy's back and in daddy's arms. Malibu Creek State Park was the perfect spot for a walking 1 year old- warm, sunny and more green than I have ever seen it! It was awesome that Namu, their doggie could join too. Elliott loves his pup!

I love this family, enjoy highlights from their shoot!

Family Session | El Matador Beach | Malibu, CA

El Matador Beach was even more beautiful than I imagined.  It's stunning to see the cliffs of the coast when you first arrive, only to discover a breathtaking drop-off that revealed the beach. Janelle and Jin are wonderfully down to earth and upon meeting them, I instantly felt like we'd been friends for years. They're little guy Elliot is such a sweet pea! Those kissable cheeks were perfectly rosy from the ocean breeze, loved all his little expressions.

Enjoy some highlights from their first family session!

Family Session | Del Mar, CA

I sure do love a good sandy, summer session - this one was particularly special down in Del Mar because grandma and grandpa were visiting from the east coast! This little guy is just two years old and was loving all the wonders of tide pools & sea foam. I melted getting him to smile and show those adorable dimples! Enjoy this nautical family session, I hope it brings a little joy to your day!

Rita + Wes | Family Portraits | Malibu, CA

It's no secret, December is full of hustle and bustle. I am so thankful for tonight's shoot in the peace of Solstice Canyon with two of the sweetest newlyweds EVER, Rita &Wes. It was so special to meet their senior rescue doggies, June and Tina!

It's so special to photograph another photographer who I have so much respect for. Rita does amazing work with her own business {link here} --> Rita Earl Photography.  Her work is stunning. She works closely with Angel City Pit Bulls, an organization that tries to find forever homes for four legged friends. Wonderful people with huge hearts!

Ms. Tina not only matched my car, she hopped right in as if to say, "Move over sister, I'm driving."

Zinn Girls | Family Portraits | Irvine, CA

How sweet are these sisters?! This was a surprise shoot organized by the Zinn sisters and their Dad to surprise their Mom for her upcoming birthday!

The last time all four girls were in a family shoot was as little ones! Their idea was such a wonderful reminder to make time to celebrate today as we all change and grow. Just when I couldn't think this shoot could not get any more adorable, Ms. Claudia their fun sized pooch shared her doggie smile and stole my heart. LOVE!

I cannot wait to hear how surprised their Mom is!!

Bell Family | Irvine, CA

This was a special shoot for me. I haven't seen Heather since high school. And now that she's a wife and mommy, I finally had the chance to meet her wonderful husband and vibrantly ADORABLE kids!

We had our own little fall wonderland to play in at the Irvine Park complete with pumpkins, a mini train track, and plenty of leaves to play in! I loved having the honor of documenting the nuances of Grayson's facial expressions and Savannah's playful personality with their loving mommy and daddy!

Enjoy these special moments of the beautiful Bell Family!

Ross Family | Malibu, CA

Prepare for cuteness overload!

Lauren and Brad were such a delight! They were the absolute sweetest, and their little guy, Brandon stole my heart with his giggles, happy squeals, and those sparkling, baby blues!

And what's a proper family portrait without the PUPS!

Malibu State Creek Park was the perfect location for sun beams,, hidden streams, and low hanging branches Brad and Lauren bravely ventured to climb for beautiful romantic moments.

Special thank you so much to Miguel for helping during the whole shoot, mucho amor!

Chase's 1st | Family Portraits | Laguna Niguel

This "handsome little guy" was just that! I loved all of his faces, noises, and contagious laugh!

For Chase's 1st birthday, his whole family traveled far and wide - (even India!!) - for their first family photo shoot with both sides of family members - including great grandma who is 95 years young!  It was such a beautiful celebration of color with vibrant saris against the earth tones in the park. Everyone was so happy to be there, easy to work with, and and I was all smiles along with them!

A major thank you to Chase's parents, Ram and Courtney for organizing everyone to come and celebrate!

 ~ Happy Birthday Chase! ~
